About The Cordrey Center: Delaware's Newest Event Venue

Brand new and nestled in a garden setting, The Cordrey Center offers beauty and function that serves as the perfect backdrop to any private event.

Our spacious indoor area features a gas fireplace, coatroom, surround sound (indoor and outdoor with iPod compatibility), and a flat screen TV for professional presentations and memorable slideshows.

 

 

 

The room features a granite topped bar, as well as a stainless steel professional show kitchen – perfect for chef and food station presentations.

 

 

The building boasts an atrium style foyer, creating a stylish entrance. Inside, you will find 10’ ceilings with cedar tongue and groove walls, and a classically tiled floor.

 

 

 

 

Our partially covered 4000 square foot paver patio and large side patio is adorned with elegant outdoor furniture along with cocktail tables, outdoor gas fireplace, built-in bar, industrial grill, decorative planters, and patio décor.
